Lithuanian Trade Union Confederation (LPSK) Women‘s Centre established on 12th June 2002, to coordinate activities of affiliated women’s organizations.
- To unite trade union women members;
To involve women in trade union activity;
- To represent women’s rights in seeking equal opportunities: at work, society, politic and family;
- To fight with discrimination, exploitation, sex abuse.

The highest body of Women’s Centre is conference convened once a year.
The Executive body is the Council of Women’s Centre, which is comprised of affiliated women’s organizations delegates.
The Council is gathering on the necessity, but not rather then once in a half year.
The leading body is Board, which organize women’s activity during conferences and council meetings.

Cooperation and international activities
LPSK Women’s Centre is a member of European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) Women’s Committee.
LPSK Women’s Centre belongs to East and Central Europe Women’s’ Network.
LPSK Women’s Centre cooperates and exchanges working experience with Lithuanian nongovernmental organizations and foreign trade unions women’s organizations.
